History and philosophy in the management of fragrant group

Fragrant Real Estate Development group Ltd. has been investing in property industry since 2003 under the name of ‘Fragrant Park Co., Ltd’. After that, the name of the company is changed to be ‘Fragrant Real Estate Development Group Ltd’ in 2005 in order to be ready as one of developers in Thailand.

The company tends to build the reputation among clients as much as the success in other country due to the bright future of the property in Thailand. Our philosophy is the responsibility and the promise to customers. Our intention is to develop condominium in Thailand especially high rise condominium.

The success of the company has shown in the first project called ‘Fragrant 71’ which we have transferred to customers after the completion. The company is continuing to expand to the next project called ‘The Prime 11’. It is the high rise condominium where is located on Sukhumvit 11. After accomplishing the second project, we also have planned to start the third project respectively.

According to the long term plan of the company, we are focusing on the middle to high market that has high quality to customers. Our next project still concentrates on developing the project in CBD area to satisfy customer’s need in terms of a good location, easy to access in order to get the best quality of life.

Our company hopes that our market communication will be one of the tools that can communicate our philosophy, knowledge and experiences of the company to provide confidentiality to shareholders, partners and our customers. Every project of our company will be educated and analyzed to the probability to develop in every area to be a better project. Moreover, our product development will concentrate on the customers by improving our products from fundamental needs and other factors which may affect to the company’s accomplishment.
